A New Age
In the years that followed, the world saw rise of the Dwarven Empire, and the rise of the humans, who had appeared after the fall of the Old Ones. Bewaring the humans, the dragons kept close eye on them, but their fears where unfounded, and they saw the humans where much like the elves once where; brash, militarized, and fearful of what they did not understand.
The Dragons approached them cautiously, but the humans knew, almost instinctively, that the Dragons where friends. within just a few years, the Dragons, like they did with the Elvin lands, helped the humans create lands worthy of their people.
Meanwhile, a change was occurring throughout the Elvin race. Three castes where created; the Fae, descendants of the woman who was given the gifts of the Fae, The highborn, descendants of the Dragon-Queen Whirin, and finally, the Lowborn, the elves that retained their individuality and original elvish heritage.
The fae and Highborn rose to control the Elvin society, the Fae forming the spiritual side, and the Highborn filling the positions of nobles, while Lowborn composed the ranks of the commoners. The change in the elves continued as they grew more slender and defined, their eyes developing a characteristic slitted dragon-like pupils and their demeanor changing to match that of the dragons; calm, collected, and slow to move.
The Dwarves continued their Empire, creating the great roads connecting the civilizations together, as well as the great castles and fortresses of the humans as a gesture of peace. The humans, enjoying their new military power, began training a large military in their newest fortress-city.
The Jillecai, expanding its borders, bright their civilization up to the very doorsteps of the human civilization, expanding their towns and cities working to make their people great.
